Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the SRE team’s automation efforts to eliminate TOIL through tooling and process automation.
  • •Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications and infrastructure using infrastructure as code and cross-team collaboration.
  • •Actively monitor production environments using observability tools to proactively identify issues and support 24/7/365 via rotational on-call.
  • •Provide complex distributed system troubleshooting, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and post-mortem corrective actions within SLA.
  • •Collaborate with Product Owners to define SLI/SLOs, and configure monitoring/logging and dashboarding to enforce reliability targets.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT experience in a professional technical role with multi-cloud experience.
  • •Experience with bash and/or Linux command-line utilities.
  • •Experience with Python, Go, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
  • •2+ years experience using observability tools such as DataDog, Elastic, or Dynatrace.
  • •Experience with CI/CD best practices (GitLab), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and incident/problem tracking (ServiceNow, Jira).
