Key Responsibilities

•Map internal and external management tools, develop solutions, and establish a critical path for implementing new logistical processes with operational potential.
•Coordinate continuous improvement actions and prioritize development of management tools, including automation and warehouse optimization.
•Create and implement management tools such as strategic dashboards and productivity measurement, automating information flows from the systems.
•Represent the area in corporate governance and serve as the link between Technology development and Operations.
•Identify productivity opportunities, oversee execution, and manage continuous improvement governance across operations to boost a culture of continuous beta.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
•Experience mapping, analyzing and improving operations and flow, time measurement, efficiency and productivity, project management and structured problem solving, and building robust business cases
•Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or Green Belt at minimum; knowledge of BigQuery, Looker Studio, SQL; experience with management reports and business intelligence; ability to analyze and process large data volumes
•Willingness to work on-site in Sapucaia do Sul, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM
