Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Level 2 operational support for F5 BIG-IP systems for WAF (ASM) and SSL Orchestrator (SSLO) modules.
  • •Monitor F5 platforms for performance, availability, and security events; respond to alerts and service desk tickets in line with SLAs.
  • •Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve security incidents involving web applications and SSL/TLS traffic; perform first-pass diagnostics and fix routine issues.
  • •Manage and deploy WAF/security policies, including exceptions handling and policy tuning; perform configuration changes and updates for SSL Orchestrator.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs/runbooks/knowledge base, perform RCA, ensure configurations comply with bank security policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders for incident remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of relevant experience in network/security operations with strong L2 troubleshooting capabilities.
  • •In-depth knowledge of F5 BIG-IP platforms, including LTM, ASM/WAF, and SSLO/SSL Orchestrator.
  • •Experience providing operational support for WAF (ASM) and SSL Orchestrator (SSLO) modules.
  • •Ability to analyze and resolve security incidents related to web applications and SSL/TLS traffic, including root cause analysis and containment/remediation.
  • •BE/B-Tech/BCA or a master’s degree in CS/IT, with relevant certifications (CEH/CCNA/CCNP sec and OEM F5 certifications).
