Provide construction management inspection for multi-trade contracts to ensure projects meet contract requirements. Key Responsibilities

•Provide construction management inspection for multi-trade contracts to ensure conformance with contract requirements.
•Monitor work and materials at various project stages to meet quality control standards and coordinate with the Regional Code Officer.
•Ensure timely decisions to keep projects on schedule and within budget, aligned to client needs.
•Perform inspections, prepare construction reports, expedite contract execution, and supervise inspectors.
•Maintain written daily logs of progress, actions taken, contractor workforce, materials approvals/deliveries, and jobsite issues; identify/resolve conflicts and coordinate contractor safety operations.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects, including supervision.
•Ability to develop and communicate project work plans, monitor manpower/performance, and compare design drawings for trade coordination.
•Strong communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach with clients and contractors/subcontractors.
•OSHA-30 and a proven track record of workplace safety, including adherence to health/safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
