Job Summary

Lead residential HVAC installs by removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, ensuring work is completed safely and correctly. Serve as the install crew’s point person, training and guiding technicians while performing routine maintenance, testing system functionality, and following blueprints, schematics, and building codes. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the product and streamline the installation process, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Remove existing HVAC equipment and install new heat pump systems.
•Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters.
•Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality.
•Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems.
•Train team members on Jetson equipment and install procedures while providing customer support and addressing client concerns.

Key Requirements

•Excellent problem-solving skills and English communications/customer service skills.
