Key Responsibilities

  • •Support inventory operations by setting operating plans to deliver products to customers on time and improving cycle times
  • •Ensure start plan execution at factories and analyze factory optimization and product support at manufacturing sites
  • •Improve customer satisfaction by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chains and implementing optimal supply chain solutions
  • •Optimize inbound/outbound transportation flows and the network of finished goods between factories and distribution centers
  • •Collaborate across functions and use training/learning from the Career Accelerator Program to ramp into the role

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • •New college grad (0-3 years of experience)
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across functions
