Project Manager (m/f/d) – HVAC & Infrastructure

Lead and deliver multiple HVAC and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handover. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders while overseeing budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation. Validate proposals and contractor performance, manage change orders and contract administration, and ensure compliance with safety, Swiss regulatory standards (e.g., SIA), and sustainability requirements. Prepare governance reports and support transition into operations with close-out documentation and warranties.
