Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and continuously improve cost management processes, standards, and governance across the Strategic Portfolio.
  • •Own and maintain the Portfolio Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and related cost management systems.
  • •Oversee forecasting, earned value analysis, cost reporting, and month-end financial processes.
  • •Provide portfolio-wide cost performance insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and develop Cost Engineers across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in cost management on major EPC or infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost control, estimating, forecasting, and earned value management.
  • •Experience managing complex cost structures across large, multi-disciplinary programmes.
  • •Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
  • •Proficiency in SAP/S4 HANA, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (degree in related discipline desirable).
