Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of eDiscovery case managers supporting litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • •Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle steps: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, production, and defensible disposition of ESI.
  • •Serve as eDiscovery subject matter expert for the Global Litigation team, advising on discovery operations and strategy.
  • •Partner with in-house litigation attorneys and outside counsel to define scopes, timelines, and coordinate discovery execution.
  • •Drive analysis and governance activities including early case assessment, search term analysis, compliance across jurisdictions, and defensible documentation/disposition.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with extensive eDiscovery, litigation support, and legal operations experience focused on discovery.
  • •Deep end-to-end understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including ESI management and litigation discovery obligations.
  • •3+ years managing eDiscovery teams, case managers, vendors, or cross-functional discovery workflows.
  • •Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity and Nuix Discover, plus data preservation tools and enterprise data environments.
  • •Ability to develop and implement global eDiscovery processes, policies, and playbooks, with strong communication across stakeholders and time zones.
