Key Responsibilities

  • •Own driver training program delivery in Singapore end-to-end, including cohort planning, facilitation logistics, and instructor management.
  • •Adapt and deliver the AV validation training curriculum from systems orientation through public road autonomous driving, including off-nominal response and public interaction scenarios.
  • •Manage training logistics and partnerships such as defensive driving provider contracts, facility bookings, closed-course scheduling, and equipment readiness.
  • •Define and run the process to identify, assess, and certify Safety Drivers as Instructors, including evaluation protocol and certification outcomes.
  • •Maintain training materials, assessment rubrics, and SOPs aligned to global standards; track progress and completion reporting across internal LMS and AV partner platforms, and drive continuous improvement using operational feedback and incident trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence with a clean driving record and strong familiarity with local road conditions, driving culture, and common hazards.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience managing a training program in a driving, fleet, or similarly regulated operational environment.
  • •Proven experience managing and developing a team of instructors/trainers, including identifying what “good” looks like.
  • •Experience managing external training partnerships, vendor relationships, or contracts with driving schools or circuit providers.
  • •Experience managing training data and reporting, tracking throughput, pass rates, and LMS records.
