Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop teams across Transaction Operations, Order Operations, Title Operations, Controls & Compliance, and Product Management
•Own end-to-end sales operations processes from contract execution through registration and title transfer
•Coordinate with cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence and customer experience
•Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
•Define and manage program timelines, roadmaps, and dashboards to track impact and outcomes

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Automation
•Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams across multiple functions (Transaction, Order, Title Operations, Compliance, Product Management)
•Strong program and project management skills with a track record of delivering end-to-end sales operations processes
•Experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems; familiarity with contract validation, payment processing, and title management
•Deep understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements and ability to drive improvements that scale with rapid growth
