•Lead technical discovery and solution design to understand customer security architecture, deployment requirements, and business outcomes.
•Design Falcon deployment strategies and create architecture diagrams, deployment roadmaps, and technical collateral.
•Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, and resource/timeline plans aligned to customer scope and success criteria.
•Partner with Services Sales Executives across the sales cycle, delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value sessions.
•Coordinate with product, engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to evolve service offerings, validate feasibility, and support smooth pre-sales to delivery handoffs.
