Lead Mortgage Configuration Analyst

Serve as a liaison between IT, Operations, and the business line to analyze non-standard business needs, document requirements, and resolve complex system problems. Lead projects and support planning, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for mortgage-related applications and conversions. Identify and analyze production issues, coordinate resolutions with technical teams and vendors, and complete complex system configurations while guiding and training less experienced team members.
