Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and detailed records. Deliver a strong client experience by supporting digital, self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile). Cross-train to assist sales and service through outbound outreach and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), including new account openings and problem resolution. Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management, while advancing product knowledge through ongoing training.

•Use Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver solutions that address clients’ unique needs.
•Act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
