Key Responsibilities

•Work with CRM product and R&D teams globally to develop TikTok’s CRM platform.
•Engineer solutions and actionable recommendations to evolve the proprietary CRM into an enterprise-grade platform.
•Operate and maintain the SaaS CRM system.
•Select reasonable technical solutions to address user-specific demands quickly.
•Collaborate with global product managers to build sales, marketing, and analytics tools that improve adoption and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field, with 1+ years of work experience in enterprise application development preferred.
•Proficiency in JavaScript (ES5/6), CSS, and various frontend layouts.
•Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue, or other popular frontend frameworks.
•Experience resolving CSS/JS multi-browser compatibility issues and optimizing frontend performance.
•Strong design and coding ability with speed and overall quality.
