Key Responsibilities

•Assess each client environment and current challenges and support in delivering a fit-for-purpose solution that delivers the desired benefits and outcomes.
•Support development, implementation and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies, functional set-up and optimisation.
•Define and write-up reports to support findings and recommendations across client engagements.
•Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with senior client representatives.
•Work within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and deploy established methodologies, tools and systems while contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience (Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable).
•Experience of working on major capital projects/programmes covering PMO/controls & performance in the Infrastructure sector or similar.
•Familiarity with supporting capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance or a specific function.
•Familiarity with developing controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions for actionable intelligence.
•Experience with writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite level, executive client teams.
