Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the commercial relationship as the primary executive point of contact across the C-suite, anchoring Celonis to the customer’s long-term strategic agenda.
  • •Develop and execute structured expansion roadmaps and lead commercial negotiations for expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • •Partner with CVP and Value Engineering to turn adoption milestones and realized value into renewal confidence and expansion urgency via executive business reviews.
  • •Embed Celonis as a strategic platform by connecting Process Intelligence to the customer’s LLM, automation, and agentic AI investments so it becomes foundational data and orchestration.
  • •Proactively protect revenue by identifying and mitigating commercial risk during transformations, sponsor departures, competitive displacement, and budget consolidation.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management, including at least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR.
  • •Deep industry expertise in Financial Services, with credibility to engage on industry-specific challenges, benchmarks, and transformation priorities.
  • •Demonstrated track record of growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons by expanding platform footprint, not just renewing contracts.
  • •Executive presence at the C-suite level to lead strategic conversations with CFOs, COOs, and CIOs and influence complex buying decisions.
  • •Experience navigating enterprise transformations (ERP consolidations, cloud migrations, M&A, organizational restructuring) and building business cases (ROI modeling, TCO analysis, value benchmarking).
