Assistant Store Manager

Lead day-to-day retail operations in the absence of the Store Manager, supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales. Assist with profitable store performance aligned to company policies, audit store administration, and ensure brand standards are followed. Drive repeat purchases by promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage retail staff rosters, and provide feedback to store and area leadership.
