Job Summary

Early-career software engineers will join Salesforce’s AI Builder New Grad cohort, embedded with customer-facing teams to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll work across a builder pod, using JavaScript, Python, Apex, and modern AI tools to develop real-time AI agents, design agent intelligence, and collaborate with sales and customers to drive tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop AI agents that are deployed to live customer environments and drive real-time business impact.
•Design agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
•Support the full technical lifecycle: architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
•Work with clients to translate business challenges into agentic AI solutions and ensure alignment with customer needs.
•Own your work from day one, collaborating within a cross-functional team to ship features and iterate based on feedback.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
•Fluency in French and English.
•Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, and OOP.
•Familiarity with Real-Time Infra and building production-grade AI solutions.
•Willingness to travel 25-50% and work directly with customers.
