Job Summary

Operate agronomy facilities and equipment to apply fertilizer and crop protection products for customers in central and southern Illinois. Drive machinery in the field, educate customers on products and application techniques, and support order accuracy with the sales team. Perform warehouse and general labor tasks including loading/unloading inputs from railcars or trucks, maintenance, and equipment inspection while following DOT and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, apply fertilizer and crop protection products, using equipment such as high clearance sprayers or floaters.
•Work with customers in a courteous, professional manner and educate them on products and application techniques.
•Assist the sales staff by helping ensure orders are correct and customer needs are met.
•Perform warehouse work including operating loaders and forklifts, plus mechanics and maintenance support.
•Load/unload agricultural inputs from railcars or trucks, pick up and deliver products, and handle general maintenance/grounds upkeep and equipment inspection/record keeping.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or agriculture application.
•Ability to meet minimum age requirement.
