•Work with cross-functional teams to implement measures to monitor software onboarding, implementation, and adoption processes.
•Use data insights to inform strategic action plans and build targeted service offers that help customers enter the AI application ecosystem.
•Align internal technical teams and external partners to launch new services and improve software support processes to increase customer happiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 327,750 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in product management and service-related fields.
•Strong grasp of AI software, adoption, and onboarding processes, with experience building support service products.
•Ability to work in both strategic and tactical environments and influence across enterprise service business stakeholders.
•Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a business and/or technical field.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
