Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful delivery of projects securely, on time, within budget and to high standards.
  • •Be a trusted advisor to clients and manage relationships externally and internally.
  • •Advise on land issues across the UK and Ireland, including relevant statutory processes to acquire land.
  • •Liaise with landowners, land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • •Lead collaboration with Land, engineering, environmental and planning teams across projects.
  • •Undertake quality assurance of deliverables such as book of reference, land plans and statements of reasons.
  • •Support knowledge sharing across regions and teams; mentor and develop staff.
  • •Participate in bids/tenders; contribute to business strategy and CPD-enabled training.
  • •Travel within the UK and Ireland for project delivery and client engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Agriculture or similar.
  • •Experience in land referencing, book of reference, land plans and related data analysis.
  • •Ability to travel to various sites/locations as a necessary function of the role.
  • •Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • •People management experience and ability to mentor staff and contribute to business strategy.
