Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct skills assessments to identify apprentices’ starting points and tailor learning journeys.
  • •Deliver induction presentations, manage onboarding administration, and facilitate monthly progress meetings.
  • •Lead group training sessions aligned to curriculum intent and Ofsted requirements; respond to remote queries.
  • •Track and assess progress against objectives and milestones, maintaining accurate documentation for learner evidence and off-the-job training.
  • •Coach apprentices on preparing evidence for End Point Assessment and escalate concerns to your line manager while collaborating with line managers to meet programme goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate/Diploma in Insurance (CII), essential.
  • •Experience in a similar role (Coach, Tutor, Trainer) and/or seasoned insurance industry experience (e.g., underwriting, broker, claims).
  • •If coming from industry, experience nurturing, training, coaching, and/or team management is a must have.
  • •Functional skills in maths and English at a minimum of Level 2.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentational skills, with strong administrative, organisational, and IT abilities.
