Job Summary

Operate heavy paving and construction equipment and help deliver top-quality roadway projects. You’ll run loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, and backhoes while following manuals, completing daily checklists, and performing pre-start inspections. Coordinate with the project manager, foreperson, and other onsite operators to meet goals and maintain safety standards. Keep machinery clean and well-maintained, track service needs, and adapt to new tasks as projects progress.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate a variety of heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, and backhoes.
•Follow equipment manuals and complete daily equipment checklists to ensure safe, efficient operation.
•Coordinate with your project manager and foreperson to meet daily project goals and maintain safety standards.
•Perform pre-start inspections, track service needs, and keep machinery in excellent condition.
•Coordinate with other operators onsite and support the team to keep projects moving forward.
