Universal Banker - Sweetwater Boulevard

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a consistently high service experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support sales and service activities through outbound calling and identifying client needs. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
