Provide on-premises AVI support at customer sites by setting up and breaking down conference spaces, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning AV equipment, and setting up/troubleshooting audio/video systems. Maintain job site documentation, support tasks with quality standards, and provide client training as needed. Work with the customer, management, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams, ensuring adherence to local safety standards and traveling to required job sites.

•Set up and troubleshoot audio/video systems, provide client training, and travel to job sites as required.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of audiovisual support experience (preferred).
•Formal education in Electronics or related field (preferred).

•Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
•Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards.
