Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess developer construction schedules from the ground up (logic, critical path, near-critical activity credibility, float, sequencing) and confirm delivery/power/commissioning timelines against benchmarks.
  • •Review equipment and staffing plans behind schedules, including long-lead equipment orders and resource loading, to verify dates are firm commitments versus assumptions.
  • •Clearly distinguish known facts versus assumptions in schedule evidence, and enforce the standard across the review team.
  • •Flag risks hidden by clean-looking schedules (long lead equipment, permitting, utility connections, seasonal weather, compressed commissioning windows) and perform trend/variance and acceleration analysis.
  • •Ensure schedule records and evidence (confirmed vs assumed vs open risks) are handed to onsite construction teams at construction start, and help define and maintain the review checklist/benchmarks.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of planning and scheduling experience, with strong preference for data center or other mission-critical facility delivery.
  • •Fluency in P6 (or equivalent scheduling software), including logic, critical path, and float credibility.
  • •Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) or similar progress-measurement methods to sanity-check percent complete.
  • •Practical knowledge of long lead equipment timelines, utility and energization sequencing, permitting, and commissioning/testing durations.
  • •Strong written communication and the ability to deliver difficult findings to developers professionally and on a deadline.
