Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate any piece of manufacturing equipment according to approved procedures under direction of the Production Manager/Department Supervisor/Shift Team Leader
  • •Learn all equipment in manufacturing and operate blenders, packaging, batch setting, filtration devices, TRS/HTST systems, cooler/evaporators/dryer, and CIP systems
  • •Perform master sanitation in the assigned area
  • •Conduct in-process testing to ensure finished product meets targeted specifications
  • •Ensure master batch records are completed on time and accurately, including keeping SAP transactions accurate
