Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding and lifecycle operations end to end, partnering with IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure timely, accurate onboarding.
  • •Manage employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, manager changes, employment-status changes, departures) and document updates properly.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records across People systems (ChartHop, ADP, Leapsome) and improve recurring lifecycle processes with AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Coordinate People programs and develop materials and communications that stand up under manager use.
  • •Support People Business Partners with policy rollouts, handbook acknowledgments, compliance postings, leaves of absence, accommodations, and return-to-work processes; drive full-cycle hiring when needed.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in People Operations/HR.
  • •Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle end to end.
  • •Experience coordinating onboarding, leaves of absence, employee relations, talent, and other employee-facing programs.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex processes clearly and empathetically.
  • •Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information accurately.
