Location: United States
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning
Seniority: Entry level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deploy multi-agent pipelines that automate engineering case setup, batch submission, and post-processing across CFD, FEA, thermal, and electromagnetics.
  • •Design and evolve how agents interact with classical engineering software, including tool calling, prompt engineering, task decomposition, state management, retries, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • •Automate data extraction and aggregation across solvers, test benches, and program systems, and build dashboards for rapid access to results.
  • •Build bespoke agent-driven tooling for engineering sub-disciplines (aerodynamics, thermal, GNC, structures, avionics) to bring new capability in-house.
  • •Develop evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and sandboxed execution to defend agent behavior before deployment, and mentor engineers who are not ML specialists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering, computer science, data science, or machine learning.
  • •0-3 years of professional experience implementing agentic AI systems with hands-on work.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and MATLAB, plus working knowledge of at least one additional core language such as Java, Go, or C++.
  • •Experience building agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, prompt engineering, and integration into classical software systems (including retrieval-augmented generation).
  • •Proficiency developing on Linux, with containerized deployment via Docker and Kubernetes.
