Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
  • •Screen and source candidates for open requisitions; recommend top candidates for interviews.
  • •Coordinate and support candidate experience, including tours and attending interviews with client groups.
  • •Manage the offer process, including initiating background checks, negotiating offers, and extending offer letters.
  • •Maintain an active candidate pipeline as hiring priorities change.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or an associate degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •2+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
  • •Full life-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
  • •Comfort reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data.
