  • •Proven experience negotiating and drafting complex channel and partner agreements; familiarity with cloud marketplace contracting structures (e.g., AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • •Demonstrated ability to scale legal resources in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including using AI tools/workflows.
  • •Experience managing 2–5 attorneys in a player/coach model.
  • •Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership in good standing.
