Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with several years of relevant experience in fulfilment services, contract logistics, or production, including leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrable experience across the fulfilment chain with a profound understanding of end-to-end processes.
  • •Fluency in Polish (must) and English.
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the company.
  • •Structured, analytical problem-solving with the ability to lead, collaborate, and improve collaboration in a matrix organization.
