Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain and expand knowledge on civil and building matters and QS topics related to specific projects.
  • •Administer subcontractors, coordinate with site construction and technical teams to collect progress details, and manage client site instructions and variation orders.
  • •Ensure payment application submission to the employer by the due date and prepare monthly cost value reconciliations, cost-to-complete reports, and profitability projections.
  • •Prepare backup documentation and justification for client instructions and/or interim valuations, and write contractual/commercial correspondence.
  • •Coordinate tendering and packages preparation, ensure subcontract terms and templates are applied correctly, and support back-to-back variation and payment/deduction processing with the main contract.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • •Experience with computer-based quantification tools, including CCS (Candy).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express).
  • •Knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity takeoff and preparation of Bill of Quantities using standard method of measurement.
  • •Familiarity with measurement principles (International) and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
