Credit Officer

Apply credit and collection policies while implementing internal controls. Assess the creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients, analyze financial transactions and credit history, and manage accounts receivable performance by driving timely collections and follow-up. Approve credit lines within insurance limits, ensure postdated cheques are collected and deposited on time, and maintain customer credit files with supporting documentation. Coordinate credit actions with sales and other departments.
