Job Summary

Own the scale and reliability layer for GTM AI agents, taking them from working prototypes to production-ready systems. Write evals, harden prompts and tool definitions, and refactor scaffolding into clean code. Build observability and stability across the agent fleet, maintain deployment pipelines on GCP with release hygiene and environment parity, and manage database interactions at scale. Partner with the GTM AI team so builders stay focused while you ensure dependable operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Take newly built agents from working v1 to production-ready by writing evals, hardening prompts and tool definitions, and refactoring scaffolding into clean code.
•Instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet to catch regressions before GTM users do.
•Stand up and maintain deployment pipelines to get agents into users’ hands, owning environment parity and release hygiene on GCP.
•Own how agents read from and write to databases safely and at scale.
•Monitor agent behavior in production, triage issues, and ship ongoing improvements while partnering closely with the GTM AI team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years in software engineering or platform/infrastructure engineering in a technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
•Comfort working in the terminal daily with a real GitHub PR-and-deploy workflow.
•Cloud hosting experience with Kubernetes/VMs; Google Cloud experience strongly preferred.
•Experience with how agents interact with and edit databases, including hands-on database administration.
•Familiarity with LLM-based application development (prompt engineering, tool/function calling, evals, agent frameworks) and QA the agents’ outputs.
