Job Summary

Support Carvana’s Litigation and Legal teams by administering eDiscovery and litigation hold workflows, querying systems of record, and building internal reporting across multiple legal teams. Partner with internal and external technical groups to respond to subpoenas through document collection and legal hold execution. Maintain database information and custom tooling, drive data quality via continuous process improvement, and help evaluate legal technologies while documenting processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an eDiscovery point-of-contact with internal/external technical teams and in-house/outside counsel.
•Support litigation hold and eDiscovery requests, including querying systems of record and creating reports from multiple databases.
•Design, develop, maintain, and improve internal reporting for Carvana’s litigation portfolio and legal team performance.
•Execute eDiscovery, document collection, and legal hold workflows to respond to third-party subpoenas and consumer litigation.
•Maintain database information and custom tooling for tracking, accessing, and exporting company information systems, driving data quality through process improvement.

Key Requirements

•Education or related experience typically obtained through completion of a tech-focused bachelor’s degree or work in a highly computer-centric technical environment.
•Experience extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various systems.
•Basic scripting/programming experience and the ability to write scripts or programs.
•Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to investigate, interpret, and clearly communicate findings, solutions, and recommendations.
•Understanding of data encryption and security practices for secure data transfer; ability to document technical processes and procedures.
