Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign daily work orders and activities of gas service employees based on workload requests and manpower availability.
  • •Prioritize, reassign, and manage daily work orders to complete orders timely and appropriately manage overtime.
  • •Dispatch emergency orders (gas leaks, fire calls and monoxide orders) timely and professionally and direct personnel responses.
  • •Assign labor and equipment resources and coordinate distribution work with schedulers, field operation leaders, and others.
  • •Manage work backlog and reschedule work as needed, ensuring customer communications on updated status and handling follow-ups for customer inquiries and complaints.
