Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers to understand their technical and business needs and build trusted advisor relationships.
•Lead the technical aspects of deal progression from qualification to closure, including product demonstrations, PoCs, and addressing customer objections.
•Gather and communicate customer feedback to product, strategy, and engineering teams to influence feature development and messaging.
•Collaborate with Field/Specialist Sales, Partner Ecosystem, and Customer Success to create account plans that drive adoption and satisfaction.
•Contribute to go-to-market strategies and support marketing efforts through technical speaking engagements and demonstrations.

Key Requirements

•Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture for enterprise software solutions.
•Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to CXO-level audiences and translate them into business value.
•Hands-on experience with Linux systems, open-source software, and container technologies such as Kubernetes; familiarity with cloud computing.
•Experience creating technical demonstrations and white papers to illustrate product value through use cases.
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
