Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary initial point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers.
  • •Facilitate customer kickoff calls and manage follow-ups to drive the setup process.
  • •Connect customer DMS and scheduler tool integrations and troubleshoot initial scheduling errors.
  • •Process historical data via BizzyCar back-end (The Hive), update configurations, and schedule test appointments.
  • •Launch rooftops for BizzyCar outreach, document setup procedures, and ensure a detailed handoff to Customer Success post-setup.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, preferably in a SaaS or automotive tech environment.
  • •Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
  • •Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus.
  • •Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Highly organized and able to manage multiple setup projects in parallel in a customer-facing environment.
