Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the tool owner in planning the daily work schedule for preventive and remedial maintenance completion within the assigned territory.
  • •Use escalation policies to keep management informed of system downtime and down situations.
  • •Perform scheduled periodic maintenance (daily through annual) on systems, including wet cleans, and collaborate with fellow process personnel on operation and maintenance.
  • •Troubleshoot and help correct process variations on systems with assistance from senior engineers; assist with start-up, retrofit, and relevant CIPs.
  • •Develop and implement productivity plans, track equipment performance, and support uptime improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •ITE or Diploma in Engineering (or relevant studies).
  • •Basic understanding of semiconductor process/equipment.
  • •Prior experience handling AMAT equipment is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern (Mon–Fri, either 9am–6pm or 2pm–11pm).
  • •Be able to support maintenance activities across scheduled time frames.
