  • •Ensure proper staffing before production line startup and oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics.
  • •Maintain machinery performance to the highest standard and ensure workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper coding of products; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; provide continuous education on quality and work with other supervisors to solve processing problems.
