•Greet and guide audience members, answer basic questions, and help maintain an engaging and safe show environment.
•Collaborate with Touring Unit staff to itinerary, load-in/load-out, and adherence to show timelines.
•Uphold Feld Entertainment’s standards for safety, inclusivity, and professional conduct throughout all touring locations.

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication and audience interaction skills; ability to engage diverse audiences in a high-energy live-entertainment setting.
•Strong as-needed coordination with stage crew and production staff; punctuality and reliability for show schedules.
•Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and travel as part of touring shows.
•Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-service mindset and positive attitude under fast-paced conditions.
•Basic comfort with physical tasks related to stage setups and show operations.
