Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate new business by pre-qualifying, underwriting, marketing, quoting, application completion, and binding coverage.
  • •Prospect for new clients and promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
  • •Process insured requests for service (e.g., changes, auto ID, quotes) and review/document carrier requests.
  • •Round out existing accounts by proactively selling additional personal lines coverages and initiating outbound outreach to recommend and sell.
  • •Conduct consultations to understand clients’ insurance needs and risk tolerance, answer coverage/policy status questions, and manage deadlines and client files to agency standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience in Personal Lines.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
  • •PA Property and Casualty certification.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience working with EPIC Agency Management Software (preferred).
