•Lead strategy and execution for multi-partner payments infrastructure to enable routing, redundancy, and failover for reliability and cost efficiency.

•Build self-serve capabilities so other product groups can use Payments Core with minimal integration overhead, and shape strategy for emerging payment methods and real-time networks.

•Lead complex cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments, aligning engineering, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders and presenting tradeoffs to executive leadership.
•Demonstrated responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
