Key Requirements

  • •A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as PGCE or PGDE.
  • •3+ years teaching Secondary Business, ideally in an IB curriculum school (preferred but not mandatory).
  • •A strong track record in effective teaching and helping students succeed.
  • •Alignment with the IB philosophy and commitment to the IB Learner Profile values.
  • •Availability to start immediately. IB MYP and DP experience is preferred; IB DP framework and Approaches to Teaching knowledge is preferred.
