Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the central technical contact point and digital integrator between engineering and manufacturing.
  • •Create, manage, and update the manufacturing-relevant database for parts, assemblies, tools, and manufacturing data.
  • •Optimize model data to ensure manufacturing readiness, improving reliability and reducing downstream manual correction.
  • •Establish a validated, process-optimized database that enables automation and series efficiency.
  • •Coordinate external engineering suppliers for analyses, tools, or designs, ensuring supplier data can be integrated into the internal process chain.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of CATIA V5 and experience in manufacturing and assembly of metallic and composite components.
  • •Knowledge of PLM/ERP systems (VPM, PASS, SAP) for structure and data management of components.
  • •Experience with change management to integrate technical modifications into the digital structure.
  • •Basic knowledge of structural analysis (FEM) for component validation and programming skills for process automation.
  • •Ability to travel for mandatory training in Germany and availability to travel there.
