Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic transformation delivery and programme governance across business-critical people change activity.
  • •Act as People Workstream Lead for large-scale transformations, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestments, outsourcing, insourcing and workforce restructuring.
  • •Deliver employee relations and consultation activities effectively and safely in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Provide expert leadership across the full programme lifecycle, from strategic shaping and due diligence through implementation, stabilisation and benefits realisation.
  • •Assess organisational risks and opportunities, translate business strategy and operating model requirements into practical organisational solutions, and deliver continuous improvement.

Salary: GBP 65,200 - 75,000

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive, demonstrable relevant experience in large-scale strategic transformation within complex matrix organisations.
  • •Significant experience leading large-scale strategic transformation programmes and operating model transformation.
  • •Deep knowledge of UK employment legislation and organisational change practices, including TUPE, collective consultation, redundancy and workforce transfers.
  • •Experience leading the people workstream for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, integrations, outsourcing and insourcing programmes.
  • •Strong programme leadership with exceptional stakeholder management at Executive and Board level, including due diligence and business case development.
