Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution planning and management from bid handover or during delivery until project closure, following customer and internal requirements
  • •Manage project finances, including cost responsibility and improving revenue and margin, plus internal/external reporting to governance bodies
  • •Direct and control delivery units, partners, subcontractors, and assigned internal project members, including difficult project situations
  • •Operate change and claim management: document open items, drive clarifications, and ensure enforcement within decision authorities
  • •Ensure stakeholder management, document results, and enforce Atos project management processes and methods, including with subproject leads

Key Requirements

  • •Long-term experience as a Senior Project Manager and an appropriate certification
  • •Successful university degree (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable)
  • •Experience delivering system integration, migration and rollout and/or software development projects
  • •Very good German and negotiation-ready English
  • •Ability to analyze complex project situations and lead heterogeneous teams, including experience leading project leaders; military know-how and authority experience are advantageous
