  • •Oversee courier classification risks across Italy and other markets.
  • •Monitor high-profile litigations and regulatory investigations, devising defense strategies in Italy and other markets.
  • •Stay on top of legislative developments impacting platform work and advise internal Public Policy teams.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert internally, providing knowledge to management and the Group.

Key Requirements

  • •Italian qualified employment lawyer for employment law matters.
  • •At least 6 years of working experience in employment law, combining experience in a law firm and/or in-house in a tech company.
  • •Litigation experience and prior advice on—or strong passion for—gig-economy and platform-work matters.
  • •Strong understanding of adjacent areas including procedural rules, social security regulations, tax, data protection, immigration, and commercial contracts.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, including legal drafting and executive communication/presentation skills.
